At Glo Lab, we take pride in delivering premium quality fragrances. However, in the rare case that you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds, but we’re committed to resolving any genuine issue through a smooth exchange process.
Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange if:

The product you received is damaged, leaking, or defective

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Note: Opened, used, or sprayed perfumes are not eligible for exchange under any condition due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with further instructions.
Exchange Process

Once approved, we’ll coordinate the pickup or guide you to return the product through a designated courier

After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will send out a replacement within 1–3 working days

If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a different product of equal value or wait for restock
Shipping Responsibility

If the issue was due to our mistake (damaged, wrong, or defective item), Glo Lab will bear the exchange shipping cost

If the item was delivered correctly but you still want to exchange, then both return and reshipping charges will be paid by the customer
